Dye sublimation works by converting ink into gas under heat and pressure, embedding colour permanently into polyester fibres. The result is photographic-quality, edge-to-edge prints with no hand feel, no cracking and no fading after repeated washing. Our sublimation press handles widths up to 1.6m — perfect for sportswear, team kits, event flags, lanyards and branded fabric displays.
